Allegrini and Hazan Red Wine Vinegar is made with wine from the Valpolicella region produced by Allegrini. It is a superlative vinegar aged three years in brandy oak barrels. Their Red Wine Vinegar's rich flavor adds zest to salads, vegetables, and meats.
