Miguel and Valentino Sherry Wine Vinegar follows a parallel aging system to Sherryknown as the "Solera System" and is made exclusively from the Fino Palomino varietyof grape. It is considered a "Vinegre de Yema" because it is made from the grape must which separates it from a regular vinegar. From a 1970 Solera, this sherry winevinegar is traditionally concentrated, pungent on the nose and very intense to the taste. 375ml.
